Automatic Control
This specific capability relates to the control of machine processes or the control of outputs according to inputs.
- A pre-defined sequence is initiated from the user interface. Outputs are operated according to this sequence which may refer to time or the status of inputs thus safely automating what previously was a manually controlled process. If required manual control can still be chosen from the user interface.
- A hydraulic valve is operated to maintain the correct operating speed of a hydraulic motor thus ensuring the optimum working speed is maintained irrespective of any varying load being applied to the motor.
- The speed of an electric motor is measured and controlled to operate proportional to forward speed thus ensuring the correct application of product irrespective of the operating speed of the vehicle the system is installed onto.
Irrespective of what is being operated and what that function is related to, RDS has considerable experience and is very capable in the task of 'Automatic Control'.
