Ein kompaktes Wiegesystem zum dynamischen Wiegen auf landwirtschaftlicher Fahrzeugen und kleinen Radladern.

RDS will be returning to the Dairy Event and Livestock Show with the new generation Weighlog 200 on-board weighing system launched earlier this year with an advanced weighing algorithm.
Specifically developed for use on all agricultural loading vehicles, the new weighing software includes an innovative enhancement that can significantly reduce external influences on the system, such as changes in direction of travel and engine lift speed, increasing the accuracy and consistency of the bucket and total load results. This information, coupled with the five different weighing channels, enables the operator to know exactly how much product is being used, for what purpose and to manage stock and costs accordingly.
Awarded the RASE Silver Medal, the Weighlog 200 is an easy-to-use instrument and is suitable for use with a number of different attachments e.g. buckets or forks and a printer option for a hard copy of load summaries and totals.
As telehandler hydraulic systems are often more complex and integrated than those on other types of loader, RDS has also developed a new series of sensors and interfaces that compensate for the extra influences on hydraulic pressure that are increasingly found on modern machines. The advantages these options now give mean previous obstacles, such as pivot position on the boom arm, tilt pressure lock-ups and variable return pressures, are no longer a factor.
For some makes and models of telehandler, there is the option of installing a strain gauge. This measures boom deflection, from which the instrument calculates loaded weight. These advances in telehandler-specific weighing result in increased accuracy and repeatability.
